The Marina

Marina Lefkas is located in Lefkas canal, at the site of the main port. The taxi ride from the airport (Aktion) to the marina takes about 30 minutes.

Our berths are on the town key.  When returning go stern-to or bows-to and use your anchor. Your staying in the harbour is free of charge for as many days you like to stay there.

Facilities

Water and electricity on the pier. There is a fuel station situated at the middle of the key. Please refuel your yacht before you go to your berth. In front of the key there are snack-bar/café, restaurants, several kiosks offering sandwiches and soft drinks, card-telephones. Toilets and showers.

Provisions

Several super markets at walking distant.  Working hours during season are from 08:30 to 21:00 hrs.  

Restaurants

Many quality taverns, restaurants, cafes and bars are located within walking distance of the port.  Parking facilities are available.

The prevailing wind in this area blows from NW-W at force 3-6B.

Hazards

It is not wise to attempt to cross the channel at night hours.  There are no light buoys to mark the channel and there are shallow waters into the strait.
